The 2017 Fall Sports season at Woodbridge begins July 31st! Please be aware that you need to be available for daily practice starting at this date.
Rising 9th graders: You are encouraged to participate in the conditioning practices throughout the summer. The sooner you start the more prepared you will be:)

XC Conditioning will be held throughout the summer. It is extremely important that you are well conditioned prior to the official start of the season on July 31st. The training schedule is in the files section of this webpage. XC is an endurance sport and it takes time to build your endurance base. You need to be actively running/training 6 days a week. This is easier done with a group.
2017 XC tryouts and will begin July 31st at 7AM @ the Woodbridge Track!
- All paperwork must be turned in prior to tryouts. Paperwork may be turned in to the main office. Athletes must be cleared for participation by the Athletic Trainer, before tryouts can proceed.
- Required: VHSL Physical form dated after May 1, 2017, concussion certificate for 2017-2018 school year, emergency cards. If you do not have emergency cards I will give them to you.
- Face to face concussion meeting is a mandatory requirement for all rising freshmen and anyone who has never attended a face to face session. All others may complete the online session.
- Once tryouts begin and the team is selected, all athletes are expected to be at practice daily.
